Diviana Devour hailz from New York City and has been schooled in performing arts since 3 .( Factual not fabricated) . Being raised in a family of entertainers. Growing up in NYC during her young childhood years with her parents performing in vaudeville, festivals, side shows and Burlesque theaters. Even the famous Coney island and Danbury fair. Also being with her parents and friends backstage along the 3rd Ave club circuit . With NY's biggest cabaret/vaudeville , burlesque and belly dance stars ! A performer since 1989 herself. She has been trained in Classic ballet, Jazz, Theater dance, Flamenco, Middle Eastern, and Burlesque/Exotic dance.
For the past 20 years Diviana Devour has been a multifaceted/talented performer. As a Exotic /Go-Go Dancer featured and professional Flamenco, Samba , Burlesque and Belly Dance Performer . As well as a..... Singer/Percussionist, Song/poetry writer(she recently published a dark poetry book) Glamour/Alternative and artist Pinup Model(Eric Stanton, L.A Willete, Paul Quant), Fetish / Horror actress, Rock/ Vampire event Hostess , Music event promoter. and as a back up singer/dancer for several Theatrical Rock/Goth/Punk/ Metal and ethnic/Jazz bands , including Phantasm (Theatrical Goth Rock) , Nitemare" ( the Alice cooper tribute show). Neon Leon, Cheetah Chrome, Joey Ramone, Nitzer Ebb, guest backup singer with Tracy Guns ( of L.A Guns ) and most recently " Ras Bolding " Denmark's David Bowie. Her own dance groups of the late 80's " Cut Glass", "Leather & Lace", and " The Phantasm Vamps . Which she choreographed her own routines , and created Stage personas, complete with costume and design. As well she was the lead singer with her own Metal band "Lost Angel" with Joey Padula, Bob Smolinski, Joel Cipriano and Mike Callahan out of Northern New Jersey.
