Stormy Leigh is Tucson's Callipygian Cyclone! Specializing in "Nerdesque" Burlesque, this well-rounded performer offers up a tease that's sure to please, with comically styled traditional acts, sensual fan dances, and quirky geek themed routines in her extensive repertoire.
Her first performance experience was when she was a mere five years old. It was then Stormy learned she enjoyed wearing sparkly costumes as well as the being in the limelight - a star was born! Stormy continued studying ballet, jazz, tap, and modern dance, finding great joy in the expression of movement to music. More notable, she performed many years with Flor de Liz Dance and Tucson Metropolitan Ballet, appeared in the motion picture "Tank Girl", and spun fire poi while on roller skates in a collaberation with Tucson Roller Derby and world renowned fire performance group Flam Chen. Stormy's list of talents goes on and on, including pin-up modeling, costume design, choreography, and a little dabbling in graphic design. Additionally, she has her own line of hair flowers, fascinators, and boudoir pasties she calls LOOT by Stormy Leigh.
Stormy has been a mainstay on the Tucson burlesque scene since October of 2006, performing with Black Cherry Burlesque at the Surly Wench Pub in Tucson, Arizona. Mile long gams, extravagant costumes, and her unique mix of traditional burlesque packed with brilliant comedy - Stormy Leigh has it all!

Her favorite acts include a Greek Statue that comes to life, a safe cracking and jewelry loving theif, a "cheeky" traditional fan dance, and a steamy, hypnotic silk fan dance.
Additionally, Stormy specializes in what she calls "nerdesque" burlesque, with acts such as a nerdy Rubik's Cube girl who transforms into a saucy pin-up model, a ladylike version of Mr. Spock - complete with ears, wig, and science officer dress, an Architect who unwinds after a hard day at work by becoming undressed, and a ballerina "gone wild"!
